This week is our longest run of the season and the Lucky 13's and the Pacers have generously agreed to provide treats for this run. Thanks so much.....We now need other groups to volunteer for Treat Duty for the following weeks: 8/14, 8/28, 9/11, 9/25, 10/16, 11/6 and 11/20. The Smigs and Beasts will share a duty and all other groups will do it solo. This entails chipping in and providing bananas, oranges, fig newtons and candy bars at the North Hills water stop. These items are a welcome source of energy and motivation on a long run day.

Don't forget, our 1st Educational Seminar of the Season takes place Wednesday, July 28th at 6pm at the NEW Athlete's Foot in Cameron Village.
