The Raleigh Galloway Marathon Training Program is the official training program for the November 4, 2012 Raleigh City of Oaks Marathon & Rex Healthcare Half Marathon.


DIRECTIONS

Map

Travel from Interstate 40—Take Exit #306 to Garner, Highway 70 West. Turn right onto New Rand Road. Turn left onto Garner Road and the Garner Performing Arts Center is on the right.

Travel from Downtown Raleigh—Take Highway 70 East to Garner Exit Benson Road-Highway 50 and turn left onto Benson Rd. Turn right at traffic signal onto Garner Rd. and the Garner Performing Arts Center is on the left approximately 1/2 block.

Travel from Smithfield/Clayton—Take Highway 70 West to Garner. Travel under the Highway 50 overpass and immediately exit to the right at the Benson Road-Highway 50 Exit. Turn left onto Benson Road and go straight until you reach the stop light. Turn right at the stop light and proceed approximately 1/2 block, and the Garner Performing Arts Center will be on your left.

There are pace groups for almost every level and ability - from Boston qualifier to beginner.

The 2012 Raleigh Galloway Marathon Training Program is committed to providing a safe, friendly, challenging and motivating experience to our member runners as they train for their Fall 2012 half and full marathons. We will accomplish this with a structured program featuring run/walk breaks, gradual mileage increases and runner education within a team environment. Above all we are committed to accomplishing our goals, making friends, supporting each other and having FUN as we RUN!!!
